Ripley Community Fund Taking Applications
RIPLEY - The Ripley Community & Heritage Fund is accepting grant applications.
Organizations eligible to apply are charitable, not-for-profit organizations that serve the Ripley community. Grant applications and guidelines are available by contacting one of the following fund board members: the Rev. Claude Eggleston at 736-3822, Butch Joint at 736-4769, Marian Campagna at 736-2963 or Teddy Carris at 736-6844.
Applications are also available at various locations throughout Ripley, including Meeder's Restaurant and the Ripley Library, and at www.nccfoundation.org. The application must be forwarded to the RCHF, P.O. Box 562, Ripley, NY 14775, and postmarked by Jan. 22.
The Ripley Community & Heritage Fund was formed in 2000 with a mission to enrich the lives of Ripley residents. To help the community, the fund administers a grant program specifically for volunteer organizations providing services within the Ripley community. The grants have been made available through the Ripley Community & Heritage Fund Endowment created at the Northern Chautauqua Community Foundation by more than 140 community businesses, citizens and organizations.
Current committee members include Eggleston, chairman; Bill Bentley, vice chairman; Lewis Barnes, Marian Campagna, Teddy Carris, Marybeth Chess, Patricia Daughrity and Butch Joint.
The fund is a community donor advised fund of the Northern Chautauqua Community Foundation.
