JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

Erika A. Colby, 22, of Jamestown was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and running a red light Sunday. Police say they observed Colby failing to stop for a red light at Washington and West Third streets. The officers stopped Colby and through an investigation she was found to be intoxicated.

Jorge Lopez Jr., 18, of Jamestown was charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, driving while intoxicated, reckless endangerment and leaving the scene of a property damage accident Saturday. Police say Lopez, in a vehicle, chased a city cab driver several blocks before running into the vehicle. No injuries were reported.

Christian M. Forshee, 19, of Bemus Point was charged with petit larceny Saturday. Police say Ms. Forshee was observed leaving Tops without paying for items.

Monica M. Warren, 33, of Panama was charged with petit larceny Saturday. Police say Ms. Warren was observed leaving Tops without paying for items.

Jessica L. Harmon of Jamestown was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, obstructing governmental administration and second-degree harassment and Richard A. Harmon of Jamestown was charged with obstructing governmental administration Saturday. Police say Ms. Harmon was yelling and swearing and was placed under arrest, which she resisted by punching and kicking officers. Harmon was also charged for trying to prevent Ms. Harmon from being arrested.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT

POMFRET - Lesa S. Drummond, 42, of Fredonia was charged with driving while intoxicated and unsafe lane change Sunday. Police say they stopped Ms. Drummond for crossing over lane markings on Route 60 in Pomfret. She was pulled over and during an investigation found to be intoxicated.

CHAUTAUQUA - Jack H. Parker, 51, of Brocton was charged with driving while intoxicated, felony aggravated unlicensed operation, open container of alcohol, suspended registration and failure to signal while turning Saturday. Police say they stopped a vehicle for not using a turn signal and during an investigation they found the vehicle's registration was suspended and the driver, Parker, was intoxicated and possessed a revoked driver's license.

RIPLEY - Sean T. Flook, 32, of Erie, Pa., was charged with driving while intoxicated Sunday. Police say they responded to a domestic call that occurring in a vehicle. After an investigation, Flook admitted to be operating the vehicle and he was alleged to be intoxicated.

CHAUTAUQUA - Joellen K. Deoreo, 69, of Shaker Heights, Ohio, was charged with driving to slow and driving while intoxicated Friday. Police say they received a call of a vehicle driving erratically on Route 394 in Chautauqua. Deputies located the vehicle and it was driving at a slow speed impeding the flow of traffic. The deputies stopped the vehicle and found the driver, Deoreo, to be intoxicated.

WESTFIELD POLICE DEPARTMENT

Daniel P. Landon, 51, of Westfield was charged with third-degree burglary Saturday. Police say they were called for a burglary in progress. Upon arrival, Westfield police located a back window had been damaged and opened. Upon entering the building, police located Landon inside the building without the owner's permission.

SALAMANCA POLICE DEPARTMENT

Ceanna Maybee, 19, of Salamanca was charged for unlawful possession of alcohol and obstructing government administration Saturday.

Peter Newark, 23, of Salamanca was charged with speeding and driving while intoxicated Saturday. Police say Newark was processed and released to a third party to appear in city court at a later date.

CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT

Sergey Ovramets, 52, of Allegany was charged with driving while intoxicated, unlicensed operation, driver no seatbelt and broken windshield Friday. Police say they stopped Ovramets vehicle for a broken windshield and seatbelt violation. Ovramets then failed several field sobriety tests and was charged.

DUNKIRK POLICE DEPARTMENT

Christopher Brown, 18, of Eagle Street, Dunkirk, was charged with obstruction of governmental administration, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest on Oct. 21.

Cynthia Webb-Szot, 48, of West Fourth Street, Dunkirk was charged with endangering the welfare of a child on Oct. 22.

Amanda Markovich, 24, of South Roberts Road, Dunkirk was charged with DWI, failure to notify DMV of a new address, failure to submit to a pre-screen test, leaving the scene of a personal-injury accident and failure to use designated lane on Oct. 26.

Ontario Eldridge, 23, of Jamestown was charged with aggravated harassment, assault, menacing, and second degree robbery on Oct. 27.

Merritt Wolcott, 18, of Route 5 was charged with criminal possession of stolen property on Oct. 28.

FREDONIA POLICE DEPARTMENT

Jeremy Mason, 20, of Jamestown was charged with DWI, violation of the open container law and unlawful underage possession of alcohol on Oct. 25.

Alexis Ramos, 18, of Dunkirk was charged with petit larceny on Oct. 26.
