Rafael and Maria Rivas of Dunkirk celebrated their 15th wedding anniversary on Oct. 22, 2009. They have three children: Stephanie, Jessica and Samantha Rivas.
Rivas is employed by Cliffstar Food. Mrs. Rivas is a certified nursing assistant and is employed by the Chautauqua County Home.
