JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
Brandon M. Horn, 21, of Jamestown was charged with driving while intoxicated and cited for speeding and not wearing a seatbelt Tuesday following a traffic stop on Stowe Street. Police reported that around 2:21 a.m., an officer on patrol says Horn stopped in a green Jeep at the intersection of Stow and East Second streets not wearing a seatbelt, before he allegedly accelerated past the marked police car. Horn was pulled over and a chemical test allegedly revealed his blood-alcohol concentration was almost twice the legal limit, police reported. He was processed and released with an appearance ticket returnable in Jamestown City Court on Oct. 28.
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT
CHAUTAUQUA - Lynn A. Clark, 49, of Dewittville was charged with felony DWI, felony aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, moving from a lane unsafely and failure to notify the DMV about an address change after an accident on Route 430 on Monday. Deputies reported that around 8:48 p.m., they were called to investigate a single-vehicle crash involving a blue 2002 Saturn found in a ditch off of Route 430. The driver, Clark, was taken into custody where a check of her DMV record revealed a previous DWI conviction in the past 10 years, elevating the current charge to the felony level. She was taken into custody, arraigned and sent to the Chautauqua County Jail where she is being held in lieu of $1,000 bail.
DUNKIRK - A 6:30 p.m. car-deer accident Monday on Route 60 resulted in two people suffering minor injuries. Police report a vehicle driven by George A. Riforgiate, 66, Oswego Ill., struck a deer. Two passengers, Anita Riforgiate, 58, and Jennifer Riforgiate, 31, of Oswego, Ill., were transported to Brooks Memorial Hospital for treatment.
HANOVER - Donald J. Wlodarek, 53, of Irving was charged with felony DWI and cited for speeding Tuesday after a traffic stop on Route 20 around 1:30 p.m. He was allegedly intoxicated and a check of his DMV record revealed a previous DWI conviction in the past ten years, elevating the current charge to the felony level. He was taken into custody, arraigned in Hanover Town Court and released to return to court later.
LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT
JAMESTOWN - Jason M. McIntyre, 29, of Jamestown was taken into custody Tuesday on warrants charging him with second-degree criminal contempt and failure to pay a fine on an original charge of petit larceny and fees associated with a state-mandated DNA sample collection. He was arraigned in Busti Town Court and paid the outstanding fine.
NEW YORK STATE POLICE
DAYTON - An 18-year-old female and a 17-year-old female from Dayton and Gowanda were both charged with fourth-degree grand larceny Monday following an investigation into an incident involving a credit card that was reported on Aug. 1. They were given appearance tickets and will be in court later.

PENNSYLVANIA - Corry-based state police and Warren-based state police reported they have been investigating several area burglaries which happened between June 19 and July 22. As a result of these investigations, charges have been filed against Joseph M. Salzillo and Heather A. Morningstar, both 21 and of Union City, Pa., for their alleged involvement. Police reported Salzillo is currently incarcerated in the Erie County Jail on unrelated charges and Morningstar is currently incarcerated in the Warren County Jail on unrelated charges. Police reported both are to be arraigned on these charges at a later date. Police reported Morningstar was charged with nine counts of burglary and nine counts of theft while Salzillo was charged with two counts of burglary, two counts of theft, four counts of criminal conspiracy and one count of forgery.
