JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
Laura Hetrick, 25, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment and driving without a license Monday after an incident on Chapin Street. Police say they were called to the home around 11:35 p.m. to investigate a domestic dispute and learned upon arrival Hetrick was involved in an argument with her boyfriend in the driveway. Police reported that Hetrick allegedly tried to run over her 22-year-old boyfriend with his 1999 Chevy Lumina, but missed because he jumped out of the way at the last second. She was taken into custody and held at the city jail awaiting arraignment.
ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT
CELORON - Joshua K. Golden, 31, 169 Dunham Ave., Celoron, was charged with third-degree rape and third-degree sodomy Tuesday after he allegedly had sexual intercourse with a female younger than 17-years-old. The complaint was filed on Oct. 5 and according to police, alleges that Golden and the girl had sexual intercourse at a local garage. He was taken into custody Tuesday, arraigned in front of Justice Marilyn Gerace and sent to the Chautauqua County Jail.
ELLICOTT - Marie J. Andreo, 22, of Jamestown was charged with aggravated harassment Monday after allegedly leaving threatening voicemails on a woman's phone. Andreo was released with an appearance ticket and will be in Ellicott Town Court later.
CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
YORKSHIRE - Christopher S. Roper, no age given, of Machias, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny and fourth-degree possession of stolen property after a traffic stop Sunday on Weaver Road. He was taken to the Cattaraugus County Jail and bail was set at $10,000.
PENNSYLVANIA STATE POLICE
WARREN - An investigation is continuing into an alleged burglary that occurred Sunday or Monday at the Keystone Garage in Clarendon Pa., when someone took about $500 worth of cigarettes and a cash register. Anyone with information is asked to call the Pennsylvania State Police at 814-728-3600 or Warren County Crime Stoppers at 800-83-CRIME.
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
HANOVER - Daniel Seeley, 43, of Hanover was taken into custody on a warrant Monday charging him with third-degree burglary, third-degree grand larceny and fourth-degree criminal mischief. He was taken into custody at his residence without incident around 3 p.m., arraigned in Sheridan Town court and sent to the Chautauqua County Jail.
