Let me enlighten you, the police submit a new release to area new agencies. It is that news agency that rewords and prints/announces what they believe to have happened. As far as the McDonalds receipt, I have a receipt that I was at Burger King, does that mean that I wasn't drinking before hand? Cool, you should be a defense attorney.

For the article of Andrew Szymanowski>First of all he didnt get pulled over,he was standing outside of his vechile-So how can they get him for a DWI,Second it was an accident not a pull over ,third he was released on his own recogness. He was coming back from McDonald and they even have the receipt on that for the time..So this cop needs to get his story right.
