Anthony and Maureen Hills of Jamestown, N.Y., celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Sept. 5, 2009, with a dinner at the Nickel Inn in Frewsburg, N.Y. They have two children Vanina (Kris) Sturzenbecker of Jamestown, N.Y., and Darren (Alisha) Hills of Falconer, N.Y. They also have seven grandchildren: Andrew and Jordan Sturzenbecker and Jacob, Makenzie, Courtney, Callie and Catrina Hills.
Hills and the former Maureen Morrison were married Sept. 5, 1959, in England.
Hills is retired from Hope's Windows. Mrs. Hills is retired from Bethel Lutheran Church. They are members of Bethel Lutheran Church and the Winifred Crawford Dibert Boys & Girls Club.
