? MAYVILLE — Robert E. Dorman, 51, of Westfield was charged Saturday with felony driving while intoxicated, refusing to submit to a chemical breath test and inadequate headlights.
Deputies said he was stopped on South Erie Street in Mayville for having inadequate headlights and the investigation led to the DWI charge. He was arraigned and was committed to Chautauqua County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail.
? BEMUS POINT — Kris J. Asadorian, 45, of Mentor, Ohio, was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated, refusing to submit to a chemical breath test and no headlights. Deputies said he was stopped at 1:42 a.m. on Lakeside Drive in Bemus Point for driving without headlights and the investigation led to the DWI charge.

MAYVILLE — District Attorney David W. Foley announced the following pleas and sentences in Chautauqua County Court:
? Waldemar Roman, 38, of East Seventh Street, Dunkirk, was sentenced to two years determinate in prison with two years post-release supervision for violation of probation.
? Efrain D. Vazquez, 27, of North Roberts Road, Dunkirk, was sentenced to 2 to 6 years in prison for violation of probation.
? DeMarco Lathan, 20, of North Main Street, Jamestown, was sentenced to 1 1/3 to 4 years in prison for second-degree attempted assault concurrent with 1-3 years in prison for violation of probation.
? Garry D. Hill, 51, of Main Street, Falconer, was sentenced to time served and 5 years probation for second-degree assault.
