Pleas & Sentences

MAYVILLE - David W. Foley, Chautauqua County district attorney, announced the following pleas and sentences in Chautauqua County Court:

Mathias Schrantz, 27, of 91 Ruggles St., Dunkirk, was sentenced to three years determinate in prison with five years post-release supervision for second-degree attempted burglary.

Nathan Lay, 20, of 5971 Shorwood Drive, Lakewood, was sentenced to two to six years in prison and ordered to pay restitution for two counts of third-degree burglary, to run concurrently.

Bobby Allen, 29, of 49 E. Second St., Dunkirk, was sentenced to two years determinate with two years post-release supervision for fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.

Adam West, 27, of 5949 Lake Road, Route 5, Portland, was sentenced to time served and five years probation for fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.

Kyle W. Fanton, 23, of 351 E. Fifth St., Apt. 3, Jamestown, was sentenced to time served and five years probation for third-degree burglary.
