Daniel Freehling was named the Lighthouse Baptist Academy Student of the Month. David is the son of Tim and Kathy Freehling of Pittsfield, Pa. He is a senior at Lighthouse Baptist Academy. His favorite subjects are art and home economic/cooking classes.

He is a member of Independent Baptist Church in Pleasantville, Pa., where the Rev. Richard LaRocque is the pastor. Daniel works in the junior church ministry.

His interests are skateboarding, music, four-wheelers, cooking and travel. His plans after graduation are indefinite, but he is looking at college or career opportunities.
