JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
David L. Gray, 19, of Jamestown and Jacob I. Lineman, 19, of Randolph were both charged with five counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief, three counts of third-degree criminal mischief, five counts of sixth-degree conspiracy and three counts of fifth-degree conspiracy Wednesday morning. Police were called to the area of Palmer and Sprague streets for reports of youths slashing tires, and following an investigation into four people found there, Gray and Lineman were charged. Police say they damaged eight vehicles and a total of 13 tires. Both were taken to the city jail and held awaiting arraignment.
Dion J. Carr, 24, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree criminal impersonation, unlawful possession of marijuana and taken into custody on two city court warrants and a New York State parole warrant Tuesday following a street check on East Second Street. He allegedly gave police a false name before he was taken to the city jail and held awaiting arraignment.
ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT
Justin D. Cusimano, 25, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree criminal contempt and Tasha L. Caylor, 21, of Jamestown was charged with false personation following a traffic stop on South Hanford Avenue. Police say they pulled over a vehicle driven by Cusimano for not using a turn signal, and learned he was in violation of an order of protection Caylor had against him. Caylor allegedly gave a false name to police to prevent police from learning about the court order, and was charged as a result, police say. They were both arraigned in Ellicott Town Court and sent to the county jail, where they were held in lieu of bail.

RANDOLPH - Jared D. Similowitz, 17, of Randolph was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and third-degree false reporting an incident Tuesday around 8:40 a.m. He was given an appearance ticket and will be in court later.
COLD SPRING - Michael D. Newberry, 18, Steamburg was charged with sexual misconduct Tuesday afternoon following an alleged incident earlier in the day. He was given an appearance ticket and will be in court later.
CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT
LITTLE VALLEY - Charles S. Duntley, 46, of Franklinville was charged with driving while intoxicated Tuesday after a traffic stop. Deputies say they received a complaint about Duntley's driving and, when he was pulled over, he was allegedly intoxicated. He will be in court later.
STEAMBURG - Michael F. Stafford, 25, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree harassment on June 13 following an incident at the Low Banks Campgrounds. He was taken into custody, arraigned and sent to the Cattaraugus County Jail where he was held in lieu of $200 bail.
SALAMANCA POLICE DEPARTMENT
Jeremy L. Finch, 23, of Salamanca was charged with third-degree assault on June 13 for allegedly hurting another person during a domestic dispute.
Destiny S. Williams, 20, of Salamanca was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment on June 13 after a domestic dispute where a child was present.
Jackie Matava, 41, of Salamanca was charged with violating the city's curfew after her 13-year-old child allegedly ran from police after 11 p.m.
Amanda L. McClure, 26, of Salamanca was charged with third-degree attempted assault after a domestic dispute on Sunday.
Jessica Caputi, 34; Michael E. Onuffer, 50; and Michael A. Deponceau, 45, all of Salamanca, were charged after their children were allegedly found violating the city's curfew ordinance.
Timothy R. Smith, 59, of Salamanca was charged with second-degree harassment Sunday.
Sean S. Kelly, 26, of Salamanca was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and and speeding following a traffic stop on Sunday.
Herbert E. John III, 22, of Gowanda was charged with disorderly conduct for allegedly disturbing the peace during a domestic dispute Monday.
Joshua A. Calkins, 23, of Salamanca was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and public lewdness Wednesday for allegedly urinating in the walk-in cooler of Mongillo's Superette, destroying several items in the process. He was taken into custody around 2:20 a.m. and held awaiting arraignment.
