Lakewood-Busti Police have confirmed that authorities have located Julie Hall, and her estranged husband, Harold, who allegedly abducted her in Busti Tuesday after driving her vehicle off the road on Big Tree Road.
The victim and suspect were both located in Ohio Wednesday morning.
Hall was taken into custody in Ohio for violating an order of protection issued in Chautauqua County and the extradition process has already begun. He will be charged locally with kidnapping and reckless endangerment.
Ms. Hall's vehicle is in police custody as evidence in the case, and law enforcement officials have credited the vigilance of citizens and the cooperation of different agencies as the factors that brought this case to a swift conclusion, and Ms. Hall to safety.
