CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT

Michael A. Weary, 51, of Mayville was taken into custody Sunday on a warrant charging him with second-degree aggravated harassment. He was arraigned and sent to the Chautauqua County Jail in lieu of $2,000 bail.

NEW YORK STATE POLICE

HARMONY - Charles D. Crissman, 20, of Panama was charged with third-degree unauthorized use of a motor vehicle Monday, following an investigation into a complaint received on May 1. He was given an appearance ticket and will be in court later.

CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT

RANDOLPH - Jon M. Visker, 56, of Randolph was charged with felony driving while intoxicated, felony aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to maintain lane Sunday evening, following a traffic stop on Bowen Road in Randolph. He was given an appearance ticket and will be in court later.

GREAT VALLEY - Paul L. Hart, 47, of Great Valley was charged with second-degree unlawful imprisonment and third-degree assault on Friday, following a domestic dispute with his wife. He was taken into custody, arraigned and sent to the Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of $250 bail.

PENNSYLVANIA STATE POLICE

PITTSFIELD TOWNSHIP - Police are investigating an incident where someone stole a blue 2001 Yamaha YZ85 dirtbike from a resident of the Valley View Trailer Park in Garland, Pa., sometime overnight Saturday into Sunday. The estimated value is $1,500 and anyone with information is asked to call the Pennsylvania State Police at 814-728-3600 or Warren County Crime Stoppers at 800-83-CRIME.

CLARENDON BORO - James Ecklund, 36, of Clarendon, Pa., was charged with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct Monday, after police allegedly found him staggering on Chapman Dam Road.
