LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT

LAKEWOOD - Randall J. Christy, 19, Lakewood was charged at 11:50 a.m. Monday with sexual misconduct, endangering the welfare of a child, and first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child. He was arraigned and will return to Busti Court at a later date.

BUSTI - A 17-year-old was charged with two counts of petit larceny Monday after allegedly attempting to steal merchandise from FYE in the Chautauqua Mall. He allegedly also stole merchandise from Spencer Gifts. He will return to Busti Court at a later date.

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

Elizabeth L. Asher, 25, and Warkim M. Keys, 22, both of 15 Stowe St. Apt. 2, were charged with endangering the welfare of a child and unnecessary noise after police responded to a loud party complaint early Monday when they allegedly found a 15-year-old run-away in a large group. The missing juvenile was returned to her parents.

Jacob J. Williams, 19, 5484 Meadows, Dewittville, was charged Monday with unnecessary noise after police responded to a loud party compalint at 15 Stowe St. Apt. 2.

Felix Rodriguez-Gomez, 23, 230 Tower St., was charged Monday with disorderly conduct after police responded to a loud party complaint at 15 Stowe St. Apt. 2.

Timothy Gonzalez, 23, Jamestown, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt after allegedly being in violation of an order of protection. He was taken to city jail.

Todd R. Olson, 45, Panama, was charged with felony driving while intoxicated, felony aggravated driving while intoxicated, passing a red light, driving out of class and possession of marijuana after allegedly passing a red light on Washington Street at West Third Street on Sunday. Further investigation led to his arrest for driving while intoxicated. Police report he allegedly had two prior convictions for driving while intoxicated in the last 10 years, making the arrest a felony. His blood alcohol content was allegedly higher than .18 percent. After police searched him, they found him to allegedly be in possession of marijuana. He was held in city jail pending arraignment.

Brandon A. Sparks, 18, was charged with second-degree burglary, second-degree unlawful imprisonment, third-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child after police responded to a domestic dispute Sunday when Sparks allegedly forced his way into a residence and allegedly began to assault another in the presence of their 2-month-old daughter. Sparks allegedly fled the scene, was found, apprehended and held by police, awaiting arraignment.

Louis D. Mancuso, 48, Jamestown, was charged with first-degree sex abuse, forcible touching, unlawful imprisonment, first-degree criminal sex act and second-degree burglary about 3:30 a.m. Monday when police responded to someone allegedly unlawfully entering an apartment on the north side of the city. He is being held in the city jail awaiting arraignment.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT

DUNKIRK - Jenelle Thompson, 24, Jamestown, was charged with 44 counts of third-degree grand larceny and fraudulently obtaining public assistance after a joint investigation by the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office and Department of Social Services Fraud Unit revealed Thompson allegedly failed to report that the father of her children was able to provide child care. She obtained $7,905 in child care benefits she was allegedly not entitled to have. She was issued appearance tickets and is to be in City of Dunkirk Court.

RIPLEY - Robert E. Pratt, 20, was charged at 6 p.m. Sunday with unlawfully dealing with a child after he allegedly supplied alcohol to a minor. He was arraigned and sent to county jail on $500 bail.
