JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
Robert Daley, 49, of Waterford, Pa., was charged with dog at large and attack summons on Friday. Police say around 1 p.m. Daley's pit bull was loose and attacked another dog on West 6th Street.
Willie Eugene Caldwell Jr., 43, of Jamestown, was charged with second-degree criminal trespass on Friday at 303 W. 5th St. Police say Caldwell was found on the property unlawfully.
Craig H. Wilson, 31, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree criminal contempt Friday at 110 Sampson St. Police say Wilson was found to have a female in his home who has a court order against Wilson to stay away from her.
Emilia Ruiz-Stroth, 31, of Jamestown was charged with driving while intoxicated Friday on Fairfield Avenue. Police say around 6:14 p.m. officers were called to Fairfield Avenue for a property damage vehicle accident. Upon arrival, Police found Ruiz-Stroth operating a vehicle that struck a parked vehicle. Ruiz-Stroth was found to be intoxicated and was placed under arrest and transported to city jail.
Elizabeth A. Peters, 18, of Jamestown was charged with petit larceny Friday at Quality Markets. Police say Peters was caught by employees stealing merchandise from the store.
Vondella Sue Spencer, 49, of Jamestown was charged with unnecessary noise Saturday at 715 E. Second St. Police say they responded to a call for a disorderly person. Upon arrival the disorderly person was identified and officers tried to get her a cab ride home. Vondella allegedly refused and started swearing loudly at the officers. Vondella was then transported to city jail.
Scott L. Dean, 26, of Frewsburg was charged with failing to yield right of way making a left turn on Saturday at the intersection of Foote and Cole Avenue. Police say Dean was involved in a motor vehicle accident with injuries. The investigation determined that Dean turned in front of a southbound vehicle on Foote Avenue causing a collision. The operator of the second vehicle received minor injury and refused medical treatment.
James C.B. Blue, 18, of Jamestown was charged with driving while intoxicated and unlicensed operation Saturday. Police say they were investigating a complaint at 8 Kingsbury St. about an unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. While officers were interviewing the victim, the missing vehicle returned and was allegedly being operated by Blue. Officers found that Blue was intoxicated and was driving without a license.
Katherine A. Kulpa, 48, of Coral Springs, Fla., was charged with driving while intoxicated, speeding and unsafe lane change Sunday on Hallock Street. Police say a police traffic unit stopped the vehicle Kulpa was driving and she was found to be intoxicated then transported to city jail.
Christopher M. Horan, 20, of Jamestown, was charge with public lewdness Sunday at the Donut Connection. Police say they responded to a disorderly subject call where a man was allegedly was exposing himself to employees at the Donut Connection. The subject had fled the area on foot prior to police arrival, but was located a short distance away.
SALAMANCA POLICE DEPARTMENT
Joshua Jimerson, 22, of Salamanca was charged for a bench warrant and unlawful possession of marijuana Saturday. Police say Jimerson was arraigned and released on $175 bail to return to Salamanca City court on Oct. 10.
David R. Dillie Jr., 35, of Salamanca was charged for unlawful possession of marijuana Saturday. Police say Dillie was processed and released with an appearance ticket to return to Salamanca City Court on Oct. 17.
Elizabeth A. Skeels, 30, of Salamanca was charged with second degree harassment Saturday. Police say Skeels was processed and issued an appearance ticket to appear in court Oct. 3.
