COLUMBUS, Ohio - Safelite AutoGlass recently selected Kevin Sweatman, a mobile pro specialist in Lakewood, for the company's top annual award, the Wall of Fame.
The Wall of Fame award is the most prestigious award that can be earned at Safelite AutoGlass, and it recognizes less than one percent of the company's more than 9,000 employees nationwide. Employees selected for the honor are nominated by their supervisor and are selected by a nomination review committee based on their contribution to company goals, individual accomplishments and commitments to the Safelite values.
''One of the core values of our organization is recognizing and rewarding results,'' said Tom Feeney, Belron U.S. president and CEO. ''I look forward to acknowledging our top-performing associates each year because they earn their spot on the Wall of Fame by demonstrating leadership, teamwork and exceptional customer service. Their individual contributions combined with those of the teams they are a part of make our company the success that it is.''
The Wall of Fame has been a part of Safelite's recognition program for more than 15 years and has honored nearly 1,000 employees with a specialized plaque, a monetary award and a framed portrait of the employee that is featured on the Wall of Fame recognition wall, which is housed in the company's headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.
