LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT
BUSTI - Robert F. Perrine Sr., 63, was charged with issuing a bad check Friday. Police say he gave Casel's Auto Wrecking a bad check on June 6. He was given an appearance ticket and will be in court later.
STATE POLICE AT JAMESTOWN
FREWSBURG - Cordell M. Taylor, 22, and David L. Taylor, 20, both of Jamestown were charged with trespassing after a domestic dispute on Bain Road Sept. 1. Police say they refused to leave the property after being told to do so by the landowner. They were given appearance tickets and will be in Carroll Town Court later.
KIANTONE - Matthew M. Calimeri, 18, of Jamestown was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after a Route 60 traffic stop on Sept. 2. Police say they saw a joint in plain view and after a search allegedly found a smoking pipe and a baggie containing less than 25 grams of marijuana. He was given an appearance ticket and will be in Kiantone Town Court later.
BEMUS POINT - Rebecca L. Tuccio, 24, of Jamestown was charged with DWI, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and speeding after a Route 430 traffic stop on Sept. 3. Police say Tuccio was pulled over for speeding and the patrol asked her to take field sobriety tests, which she allegedly failed. Police searched the vehicle and say they found a small amount of cocaine inside. She was processed and will appear in Ellery Town Court later.
Vanessa R. Hines, 18, of Jamestown was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after a Third Street traffic stop on Sept. 4. Police say they saw a bag of marijuana in plain view during the stop. Hines was given an appearance ticket and will be in Jamestown City Court later.
ELLICOTT - Gloria I. Matey, 48, of Jamestown was charged with DWI after an Allegany Avenue traffic stop on Sept. 4. Police say Matey failed field sobriety tests and was intoxicated. She was processed at the Jamestown barracks and released to appear in Ellicott Court later.
KENNEDY - Matthew S. Hamrick, 18, of Kennedy was charged with underage alcohol possession after an Interstate 86 traffic stop on Sept. 4. He was given an appearance ticket and will be in Poland Town Court later.
LAKEWOOD - Travis D. Sanders, 22, of Lakewood was charged with DWI after a Sept. 5 traffic stop in the Starbucks parking lot on Route 394. Police say they pulled Sanders over for excessive noise and upon investigation, Sanders was allegedly found to be intoxicated. He was processed at the Jamestown barracks and released to appear in Busti Town Court later.
FREWSBURG - Dennis R. Coe 48, of Frewsburg was charged with DWI after a Route 62 traffic stop for a loud muffler on Sept. 5. Coe was allegedly failed sobriety tests. He was processed at the Jamestown barracks and released to appear in Carroll Town Court later.
BUSTI - Melissa L. Seekings, 26, of Jamestown was charged with false personation after a Big Tree Road traffic stop on Sept. 6. Seekings allegedly gave a false name and date of birth to police after she was pulled over for speeding. She was given an appearance ticket and will be in Busti court later.
ELLINGTON - Michael McMullen, 64, of Ellington was charged with felony first-degree criminal contempt and second-degree aggravated harassment Sept. 7 after a female victim reported that he called her in violation of an order of protection. He was taken into custody and processed at the Jamestown barracks. He was arraigned in Poland Town Court and sent to Chautauqua County Jail without bail.
FREWSBURG - John R. Rogowski, 19, of Jamestown was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after a Route 62 traffic stop on Sept. 7. Police say Rogowski had less than 25 grams of marijuana in his vehicle. He was given an appearance ticket and will be in Carroll Town Court later.
KIANTONE - Jared M. Hedlund, 22, of Jamestown was charged with DWI on Sept. 11 after a traffic stop on Route 60 for allegedly failing to dim headlights. When pulled over, Hedlund allegedly failed sobriety tests. He was processed at the Jamestown barracks and released to appear in Kiantone Town Court later.
SALAMANCA POLICE DEPARTMENT
Norman A. Green Sr., 40, of Salamanca was charged with three counts of issuing a bad check Thursday. He will be in Salamanca City Court later.
Travis J. Doner, 20, of Salamanca was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana Friday. He was given an appearance ticket and will be in court later.
Holly L. Lyons, 23, of Salamanca was charged with driving while intoxicated, resisting arrest and failure to signal a turn Friday. Lyons was taken into custody and held awaiting arraignment.
