JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
Diana L. Crisafulli, 44, of Jamestown was charged with driving while intoxicated. Police allege she was found to be intoxicated after she was stopped for having a loud muffler. Crisafulli was issued an appearance ticket and released to appear in city court at a later date.
Bryan D. Knapp, 32, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree criminal contempt Tuesday. Officers allege that Knapp violated an order of protection against him by a female victim. Knapp was taken to the city jail and will appear in city court later.
Edwin Vasquez, 47, of Jamestown was charged with first-degree burglary, first-degree criminal contempt, third-degree assault, fourth-degree criminal mischief and endangering the welfare of a child on July 12. Officers responded to a domestic violence complaint, and they allege Velazquez had broken into a female victim's residence and assaulted her, breaking an order of protection she had against him. Police also allege he assaulted the woman. He was taken to the city jail. He will appear in court later.
Aaron T. Monroe, 19, of Jamestown was charged with disorderly conduct Tuesday. Officers allege that when responding to 165 Barrett Ave., after a report of a large fight, they observed Monroe in the middle of the street fighting. He was taken to the city jail and will be in court later.
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT
KIANTONE-Brian J. Viglo, 31, of 203 West St., Warren, Pa., was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI per se, moving unsafely from lane and having an open container of alcohol on July 14. Officers allege he crashed his vehicle while intoxicated while driving on Route 62 in the Town of Kiantone. Although Viglo was uninjured in the crash, officers allege he submitted to a breath test which determined his blood blood-alcohol count was high enough to warrant a charge of aggravated DWI. He will appear in Kiantone town court later.
FRENCH CREEK-Bradley W. Gravink, 50, of Findley Lake was charged with driving while intoxicated, failure to keep right, moving from lane unsafely and not wearing a seatbelt on July 11. Police allege he was was involved in a one-car accident on French Creek-Mina Road while under the influence of alcohol. Gravink was taken to Hamot Medical Center where he was treated for injuries and released. He will appear in French Creek Town Court later.
FRENCH CREEK-Cindy R. Farina, 47, of 224 Olcott St., Lockport was charged with second-degree harassment on July 5. Police allege that during an argument with her boyfriend's mother at their cottage in French Creek, Farina spit in her face. She was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in French Creek Town Court on July 29.
NORTH HARMONY-Peter M. Jenkins, 23, of Jamestown was charged with moving from lane unsafely, refusing a pre-screen sobriety test, felony aggravated unlicensed operation, felony driving while intoxicated and aggravated DWI per se. Deputies allege Jenkins was stopped on Route 394 in the Town of Harmony for crossing the fog line and found to be intoxicated. He will appear in town court later.
STOCKTON-Tate J. Eklund, 22, of 8 North St., Lily Dale, was charged with driving while intoxicated and operating without headlights after dark on July 11. Deputies allege he was driving on Route 60 in the Town of Stockton without headlights while intoxicated. Eklund was taken into custody and released with appearance tickets. He will be in town court later.
TOWN OF ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT
CELORON-Reuben N. Paddock, 29, of 6956 Bliss Road, Mayville, was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se, driving an unregistered vehicle and driving an uninspected vehicle Tuesday. Officers allege that he was pulled over for driving an unregistered vehicle when they determined he was intoxicated. He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in court later.
LAKEWOOD-David M. Rutherford, 42, of 207 Spring St., Jamestown, was charged with failure to keep right, speeding, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and driving while intoxicated on June 13. Police allege he was stopped on Fairmount Avenue for exiting his lane and speeding. Rutherford was issued tickets and will be in court later this month.
FALCONER-Gordon J. Kennelley, 48, of 20 E. James St., Falconer, was charged with third-degree assault and unlawful posession of marijuana Saturday. Police responded to the aforementioned residence shortly before 3 a.m. based on a report of a domestic disturbance and allege a female victim in the residence was pushed to the ground, causing her injury. The victim was taken to WCA Hospital. Kennelley was arraigned in town court and will reappear again later this month.
CARROLL POLICE DEPARTMENT
CARROLL - C.M. Kuszynski, of West Main Street, Town of Carroll was charged with third degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and driving an uninspected motor vehicle on July 9. Police allege he was stopped for having an expired inspection sticker. Officers allege that upon investigation, it was found that Kuszynski was suspended for failure to appear in Town of Ellington Court. He was arraigned in the town of Kiantone and taken to Chautauqua County Jail in lieu of $250 bail.
CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT
Lisa M. Knoxsah, 21, was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a BAC of .08 percent or higher and failure to maintain lane Sunday. She was issued appearance tickets and will appear in Salamanca Town Court later.
