Important Reminders Regarding Exercise In Hot Weather

With warmer weather here to stay, it's important to remember that overdoing it in the heat can be deadly.

If you exercise outdoors, try to go early in the morning. Make sure you are drinking plenty of fluids, and go easy for a week or so until you are more acclimated to the heat.

If you really have a hard time with the hot weather, don't forget the ice arena and the mall are great places to walk.
