Midtown Realtor Dispenza Honored

For the third consecutive year, Lou Dispenza of Midtown Realty was awarded top honors by the Chautauqua County Board of Realtors.
At its annual general membership meeting held recently at the White Inn, Dispenza was awarded the 2007 Diamond Presidential Award in recognition of real estate excellence. The diamond category is the highest in the presidential sales award program, and Dispenza is one of only three diamond award winners in Chautauqua County.
In addition, Dispenza received the first place award for having the most closed transactions in 2007, and third place for sales volume with more than $6 million in closed sales in 2007.
