This position had previously been held by an employee who also had other duties. It was a part-time job. Why is it now full-time???

Wait -- I thought StartUp NY was to help with our economy oh, that's right the new businesses don't pay taxes for awhile. They use NY services but we folks that are already here pay the taxes....
