There seemingly is nothing the Busti or Lakewood governments can do to satisfy this small group of vocal malcontents. It is one thing to make sure your government is acting within the law and their sworn duties. However, this group is never satisfied and seems to want services, yet pay next to nothing for them. If they don't consolidate they complain about the cost of government being too expensive and duplicative.
