President Barack Obama is fond of using executive orders to pursue his agenda even when Congress disagrees. Perhaps it is time for lawmakers to return the favor....

Just foir reference: tar sand is one of the most toxic materials on earth. Once the bitumin is removed, and the sand is white as snow, it's still too toxic to be handled.

Do we realy need this stuff that badly?

The pipeline crosses the largest aquifer in the world, it stretches for 5 states underground. It supplies the Midwest (corn and wheat belt) With water, the problem is if their is a spill how could they not contaminant the aquifer.

Are you talking about OUR Senator Schumer? The senator that was all aghast at $1.85/gal of gasoline under President Bush? Now that gas is $3.89, all we hear from him is NOTHING!!
