The letter writer stated that the meeting was not "openly advertised" by the group that organized it, and that this was explained at the door to those who were not invited. So why are they still crying about it? Sounds like a non-issue to me.

If it's a private meeting don't openly advertise it.

Maybe all the people made enough money to leave and enjoy the good life.

We just drove through the state of Pennsylvania, mostly on back roads and if Fracking has been a tremendous boom to the economy it sure doesn't show. The poverty level, number of abandoned buildings, ghost towns, broken down houses far exceeds anything in NY State. The oil companies and a few people must be happy but that's about all. It's very sad. It did make me feel better about New York though, even with its blood sucking taxes. Fracking is not the magic bullet for the masses.

What does being conservative have to do with it? You don't crash a private meeting no matter who you are, or didn't your mother teach you any manners?

Concerned Citizens Have The Right To Meet Privately unless you are a conservative group. Imagine Suzie's outrage if she was shut out of a Tea Party meeting.
