Seems like they are grasping at straws....this is still costing the tax payers of the Town money in attorney and court fees. So if they get their chance for the vote and the Village people vote to keep the current Town building what does that prove??? It just means there are going to be 2 buildings on Chautauqua Ave off the tax roles. Has anyone thought of that??? The Town is trying to bring a reliable business (bank) into the Village.
