Bobbo this article had nothing to do with mental illness. The little punk blogger just made the comment about mental defect that had nothing to do with the mentally ill. I think he was trying to say not paying taxes is nuts.

Some kind of mental illness. Ahh now we have psychologists, psychiatrists and mental health professionals bogging here. Calling out the mentally ill. How sad you are, believing it an excuse when it is an explanation. The one irritating thing about today is people with little formal education expressing there ill informed opinions about everything and anything.

Why set the limit at $10,000. The taxpayer is punished by everyone who f ail to pay their fair share of taxes. Go after each and every one of them.

This is a great idea! One of the few that comes out of Albany. The name of the game is accountability. You must work out a plan, not just decide to be delinquent for 10 or 15 years. The same plan should be used to decrease the dropout rate in High School. No diploma or certificate of some kind, no drivers license. Accountability forced or voluntary would decrease the crime rate, drug use or probably some kinds of mental illness. Sometimes out of kindness we enable some people to dig themselves into a hole so deep they can never get out. I don't think the state did this to encourage accountability though. It's just another attempt of the Vampire state to S u c k the last bit of blood dry,but maybe some good will come of it.
