If the law is unconstitutional then he wasn't breaking it. What part of (the right to bear arms SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED) is so hard to understand. The fact that the left wing wants to make a whole group of law abiding citizens criminals doesn't make it right or legal under the Constitution.

Boo! Hoo! Couldn't he have waited until the law is repealed? Couldn't he wait until the Supreme Court declared the law unconstitutional. He should have called Tom Reed's law office, the congressman could probably get him off.

He broke the law. He knew he was breaking the law. He is NOT a law abiding citizen.

Another thought would be do what US Attorney General Holder told State Attorney Generals to do when confronted by voter ID laws.

When a law violates your conscious, do not prosecute it.

So it stands to reason jury's should start finding people innocent of any charges brought under the SAFE Act?
