What if everyone in the potential affected area agree to fracking in that area? There are always benefits and risks. People should decide for themselves but if it could affect your neighbors they should be taken into account.

Oh yea I am all for letting the state tell us what we can do in our back yard, after all they gave us the SAFE Act, CORE curriculum, Medicaid and welfare reform, free tuition for illegal alien and prison inmates.
