I don't mind minimum wage jobs. At least it is work idiot and people spend money at those stores. Are we forever to remain a town that ppeople have to leave to shop somewhere other than that **** walmart. I hate walmart.

Invite the Resource Center in, they'll use it as a big profit making machine that'll use subsidies that'll support them

There is a prime stretch, Fluvanna Ave, that has a highway entrance on both ends. This should be the next Peach Street.

You can make them look beautiful but if there is nothing inside them ,what is the point? Entice Target and Kohls and some decent stores to shop at and maybe some small businesses will put in some neat shops downtown. Nothing here to drag people to the area. Give it up. Have to to Erie for fun places to shop.

more tax dollars wasted, this party is long over. even giveaways dont attract anyone except for nonprofits. time to level the dump and plant daisies.
