Yes I do pay taxes seadog. And guess what? My tax bill was lower this year. $2,987 last year. $2,917 this year. County taxes were just over $500.

I am with the ole sea dog and lonerider on ths one: the sale of the home was perhaps the biggest no brainer in the history of Chau. County. kind of surprised it took this long

seadog that's a part of what the county exec won't tell you. Concession were made just never made public. I glad you don't mind being lied to.

Too little and too LATE Terry. Where were these workers and concessions over the past years? NO mention of concessions until the end was getting near. The home is gone and a burden has been lifted from the taxpayers.
