How are developing walking and biking paths unconstitutional? That may be the most ridiculous thing I've ever read. I swear people who scream that things are"unconstitutional" know the least about the constitution and constitutional law.

Donna - you wake up. Cuomo is try to buy votes for this November.

Donna - you wake up. Sky high taxes are the single reason for the exodus of manufacturing and bright young minds from this area. These idiotic ideas are part of the problem.

Unconstitutional - and a dumb idea. Cuomo is too stupid to know this money will build a path through a mosquito infested swamp. I don't think out of state people are saying "Holy cow! Jamestown has a path! Let's go get west nile virus!" Idiots.

Chautauqua County has a wealth of biking routes for enthusiasts (and even hikers and bird watchers). From Rails to Trails, to the two Overland Trails, to many, many road routes. I'm surprised that the County hasn't begun to capitalize on this beneficence. Even snowmobiles and the vast trails they have worked so hard on are largely ignored by the County and Chamber of Commerce. Get with it. Why is the Chautauqua Gorge a secret? Even to most in the county?

Biking and walking trails are a big deal these days. If they do it correctly so you can see the river it would be great! Would I rather see 500 good jobs come here? You bet!
