State Grant, BTW, its my and yours tax dollars. What a waste. Teresi and DeJoy are clue less, they do not know how to attract business. Then again either do , BUT, I don't get Paid to do it !

I'd like to apply for a banner directing "outsiders" to see the skateboard/ski-jump sized sidewalk ramps and City of Jamestown abandoned rite-of-way forests growing on my block. A mini Detroit is developing here. I've had to pay for 5 sidewalk blocks so far, can't afford any more, meanwhile Lakeview and Prendergast avenues are on their umpteenth rebuilds of which curbs and driveways have been replaced several times in the last 10 yrs.

DeJoy and Lindquist are corn turds! Downtown needs new business and attractions. Stop the handouts to non-profits who are already sucking the local economy dry.

That money should be coming from - ta da! - those agencies, not the wonderful state of NY.
