Early evening Sunday, I was out and the winds were blowing in every direction. I felt as if I was driving in a blizzard. Visibility was near zero at times.

I am sure these winds were a factor in the tipping of the Christmas tree. Jamestown DPW will get it back on it's feet. Merry Christmas to all!!!!!
