No one defended the wintergarden...tear all old buildings over 60 down...like people every thing man made ages

Why doesn't the article go into the cost of renovation. Typical PJ with another article that doesn't give many details of the whole project

That's a HUGE project to undertake! No mention was made, but I'm guessing Mr. Miraglia footed the bill for the materials. No building should be torn down just because of its age, and Mr. Miraglia repaired the issue that could have destroyed the building (leaking roof). Now he's changing the building into modern useful space. He should be commended for his efforts.
