Olewyn, so now people have the right to fire cannons (big or small) at neighbor's homes? And just because no one got hurt this time it is ok? What is wrong with you? This guys is a PITA that loves media attention. He is the same guy who tried to video Celeron town meetings and went to court also. Woodpecker said it best.
