The only reason it dropped is because peoples unemployment stopped. The amount of jobs in this county are next to nothing.

Of course we had seasonal hiring until January. Will go up again then.

No no no that is what you are doing. You see we have long term unemployment and then when you stop collecting unemeployment that person is no longer counted as unemployed. Our nation is barely in a sustaining economy so unemployment reductions that fail to show statistically significant improvements. The number of people structurally unemployed grows. But hey keep up the good work with our House of Representatives voting for the economic recovery programs.

If the unemployment rate here, statewide, and national continues to drop, why is the president calling for extending the unemployment benefits? Seems like he's talking out of both sides of his face...
