Wow! This is great news for the City and the entire region.

For S&P to upgrade a City in NYS, especially during these rocky economic and political times, says a lot of positive things about the way your city government is run.

Congratulations to the Mayor, his team and the entire City Council for making this happen. This really is a big deal for JTown and a bi partisan feather in everyone's cap.

Now, if only the folks "serving" us in DC could find a way to work in such a bi partisan and effective fashion, maybe S&P wouldn't have had to downgrade the US government last year!
