Maybe his (or her) "limited reading comprehension" has something to do with your limited intelligence and limited vocabulary skills, Oelwyn.

'Those who NEED it will do without it'

What in the world does that mean?! That whole post of yours doesn't make any sense whatsoever.

More people need these Services because MORE people are becoming POOR people thanks to your 'Unregulated' bankers and zip traders that will not be taxed.Keep blaming the poor until you wind up blaming yourself. No one likes to take food from those who need it,but, what the hell. It's about time we trimmed these criminals who disrupt our society by all the TAX CUTS(Whoops! I meant"Freebies")they take from people who really need it.(Not you SEADOG)

Those who NEED it will do without it.But,hey,Who ever 'bought' a vote with TAX break to someone who DIDN'T need it.,to have it trickle down on those who NEEDED it,but didn't get it.

Bottom line these programs need to be governed and regulated to the fullest extent. We have soo many programs that cost the tax payers more and more and that's due mainly to the misuse of the programs.Unfortuanately our world loves to create programs at the tax payers expense and now the tax payers have no more to give.

Seadog - Very well said on your 9:37 a.m. post. There are those who need it. And I hate to see it taken away from them. Then there are those who don't need it. Sadly enough, we have an administration that is encouraging more food stamp use. It's easier to control people when you're their food source.

So pleased so many of you feel SO much better now that the noose is tightening on peoples ability to sustain themselves! Now,get after the deadwood industrial tax takers and non producers on factory farms and perform a little intestinal bypass on the FARM BILL.They got it coming! They are all ready facing a 5% cut in their take beginning Friday.

Minuteman if something is not right and you do nothing I would say you are the guy who doesn't care that they're getting away with it. But yet you will complain and complain but never take action. Typical.

Sammie - the answer man - let me ask you a question. If I report them to social services and they are in fact unqualified and forced to give up programs because they could work - I am the bad guy right??!!

Seadog you want everyone to prove it to you. Why don't you just go back an re-read some of your posts. You can argue all you want back and forth but the truth is you are generally a very nasty poster.

Minuteman you must be close to these people to know all the programs they're on. Do something about it. Or are you just speculating about the situation.

Seadog, my point is you never give any consideration as to how your words hurt someone who needs to be on SNAP.

I agree with Seadog - I did not say all recipients were slackers. Some are, some are not. I know of one household that should concern us all - HEAP, SNAP, Section 8, past visits to MD's to get pain killers which they no longer even need (and could work)but now sell for cash. Would prefer these folks tried employment as an option......

Seadog you're right saying that not everyone on SNAP is taking advantage of the system. But, that never stops you from lumping everyone together and calling them horribly nasty names. Maybe you could remember what you said the next time you're ready to post your hateful words.

Not everyone that gets snap is a slacker.there are alot of older people that always worked and can nolonger aford to by food. There are single mothers with dead beat husbands that with out snap could not feed there children.so no need to be snippy if it wasn't needed it would not be there.

Does this mean that some of the healthy slackers might have to consider actually getting a job..... Halloween Horror, working for your food. They are all drug tested before they are given our tax money right?
