The festival will I doubt ever be a 2 day event Right now they close the road which the crafters set up on. The Town I doubt will allow the road to be closed for 2 days Also the crafters wouldn't want there tents & wares sitting on a open road over night The purpose of the money raise was to get the mill operational & that meant rebuilding alot of the machinery, floor, and making alot of the parts that had fallen into disrepair to get it operational. The new barn/demonstration building also was built with the money that has been raised for the last 20 years. Now the next focus is restoring the millers house back to 1800's If you would like to know more please why not join & attend the Societies meetings They are the 1st Wednesday of each month at 7.

The apple festival needs to be expanded to two days. It is just too crowded for a one day event. The letter above is very appropriate but what is happening to all the money that is taken in? We support the festival but the mill is operational now and for what purpose is the money used? I would like to know where the money is going?????
