Scally, You are the perfect example of a brownnose. If you put someone in charge they will surround themselves with people like themselves. An arsel??? will surround themselves with arsel???? and the company will indeed suffer.

Beck. What you have to say could be no further from the truth. My people work 100 percent unassisted unless they need advice or just need a helping hand. My point as an employer is if you walk into my office qualifying me as a boss your done and out at that point. You could be the smartest person in your field but arrogance will only get your resume filed in the trash bin. Remember my professional one I have to work in my company you don't. Your the one looking for a position not me. Perhaps you should qualify the advise you give to others there futures could be in your hands. Have you ever even owned a successful company with employees or is all of your wisdom derived from the pages of some Manuel please feel free to post your credentials.

A wise man told me those who can do. Those who can't teach. Good solid advice from a 32 year solid businessman. Come to my office and qualify me. You won't make it past the receptionist. I've already proven my talents and sign the paychecks. This article is foolish and full of amusement at best

I'm pretty sure if your looking for a job in this business environment I would suggest not trying to qualify your boss. If you have anything on the ball you are presently employed. If your unemployed right now a bit of soul searching should be your first step. Any business is begging for even the glimmer of a talented worker. Hate to tell you if your presently unemployed there's a reason. You have no skills or ur just the basic unhirable wanderer. So really I don't care if u have a PHD and looking for a job it just could be you
