I agree, great potential here and good progress... thinking very long term and very optimistically, this could connect Chautauqua with the Allegheny. You can get more info at jamestownny dot net, all kinds of maps & info on the riverfront development as well as other city plans.

I'm having a hard time distinguishing from this article where the entry points to the Riverwalk are. I've reviewed the PDF maps attached, as well. Can anyone provide some insight?

I enjoy seeing these kinds of projects come to fruition. Just another thing to increase quality of life in Jamestown.

Election time?

None of the public officials to which you refer are even running for office.

And the folks with the shovels? They are the city and county WORKERS that planned, built and will be maintaining the river walk.

It must truly be a dark, terrible and depressing world that you live in, to try to find something "bad" about a positive development like this.

Take a deep breath, throw open the curtains, open your eyes and try to enjoy the good that the real world has to offer.

Congratulations to all for a job well done!
