The solution is simple - send the guy to the Erie County holding center along with some extra bed sheets. In a few days, problem solved.

In the end us tax payers can't afford another lengthy trial that ends in a mistrial or grounds for an appeal on some glitch,I don't know any facts of case except was has been in media my opinion move the trial else where so the verdict stands and we tax payers don't have to suffer any further burden

i'm surprised that this hasn't happened sooner. i wouldn't be surprised if it were moved to rochester, syracuse or binghamton.

The problem with the whole jury selection is that the news media insists on publishing every tiny bit of information they can dredge up on stories like this, then when the time comes to select a jury it is almost impossible to find 12 impartial persons who have not already formed an opinion. My personal opinion is that in a major murder case like this the less information given to the public, the better. So what if John and Mary Doe want all the facts. Let them hear them after the trial. It is costing the county and state hundreds of thousands of dollars extra just because of the news media having to tell all. Just my opinion.

@instigator - I see you hold true to your name. Keep in mind , "Innocent until proven guilty" and be thankful everyone including yourself has a right to this view.
