I totally agree with Chuck2 about the dangerous intersection. Unfortunately, nobody seems to police that parking situation and it seems as if it is going to take a horrible accident to get anything done about it. I personally avoid tht area as much as possible.

Somehow fixing the dangerous intersection of Old Warren Road to Main St. would help. The white line for stopping is so far back that one cannot see traffic coming. Possibly an only left turn would help or a light. A driver has to pull out past the parked cars to see the speeding traffic coming around the corner especially when there is a sale for a few days. We do need the sale's business and am happy it is there.

Frewsburg might want to consider doing a festival based on its lumbering history. Sinclairville has had success with its History Fair as has the Busti Apple Festival. With an active Historical Society, it seems like Frewsburg and the Town of Carroll are well positioned to create a tourist event that could produce some revenue for the town. The major bonus, however, would be an increased interest and appreciation of the history of the area .

The only way to attract a permanent taxbase to the Town of Carroll/Frewsburg is to MAKE SURE the infrastructure will sustain future growth.

Well engineered and maintained roads are one high profile, necessary part. Good job.

Leaking natural gas lines are not. One thing we do NOT need is the BAD PR created by a natural gas explosion and fire!

Public Water with a high mineral content WILL, LONG TERM, drive away the tax base.

A well-conceived, unified private sector community image will also draw.

Poorly-maintained houses at the edges of the community create a seriously-negative first impression.
