Individual state laws or not, this country is changing as a whole. It's almost 2014. If regular old citizens can buy weapons legally, why can't we buy marijuana? Personally, I've never heard of anybody dying from smoking weed...but deaths from guns? That's a different story. This is today's modern America & if you don't like it, go elsewhere.

The LAW is changing with the will of the People. It was illegal for Women to Vote 85 years ago.Laws are for the benefit of all.If you don't like the inevitable winds of change, and smoke gets in your eyes; Why not move to China. That's where the JOBS are.

irony- glad to see you acknowledge the public education system is broken. Seeing as how the Democratic Party and the teacher's unions fight to maintain the status quo, it'll be interesting to see if you can bring yourself to acquire some political objectivity in the future. Nah, it would probably prove to painful for you to eliminate party bias.

Seadog is a prime example of our broken educational system.

Do I really have to copy and paste what Seadog did with his comments?

Ah...only takes 30 seconds.

"poor Eric is just misunderstood and is doing a fine job.

Irony - do you see quotation marks around the above statement I made at 2:01 p.m.? If not, THAN I WASN'T QUOTING YOU! Sleep during that English lesson?"

What was originally said:

"Yes indeed Irony poor Eric is just misunderstood and is doing a fine job. Are you sure your name isn't Jimmy Jones?"

It is likely clear to everyone but Seadog that his own short-term memory reduces his ability to recognize WHAT HE ORIGINALLY TYPED. Wow. You're right, Seadog...you didn't quote me because I never said it. You made it up. Good job! You're so batty, you even attack your own statements!

I just can't help but laugh every day, maybe that's why I keep coming back. Lord knows I don't for education. How old are you Seadog? Six? I hope you're not an adult. I really do.

Lilrud - what you said requires a basic grasp of history. You expect some of the regulars on here to have books? Let alone history books? Lower your expectations.

Throw Tom Reed in jail for violating campaign finance laws then? What he did WAS illegal, by your logic.

How is what he is doing "illegal"?

Why is it Seadog and his gang are still whining? Everything the Pres and Holder have done are legal, ethical and has been done by every president since Washington in one way or another.

Monkeyboy - you must not forget the "hip"-ness in "hypocrite".

"Yes indeed Irony poor Eric is just misunderstood and is doing a fine job."

I'm not sure where I said he was doing a fine job. Find that for me? You'll have to get past your straw man.

C'mon Donkeyboy, answer the three examples that Seadog just gave you. Your comment contradicts Holder and Obama's actions against states and your not even objective/bright enough to see how foolish your comment was when compared to what's really going on in this country. Not surprising though because history is replete with examples of bad leaders still retaining adoration from a portion of their populations.

The Justice department has always had to prioritize laws and resources. There are much more important things to do.

Howard hits the nail on the head. More hilarious is the sad attempt to pin something on Holder. The Feds are done wasting billions on a witch-hunt. 75 years, thank God Almighty, free at last. Let the innocents out of jail, put the real criminals in (Cheney, Bush, Powell, Wall St., etc.)

Again, hypocrisy at its best. Conservatives demand that states be left alone to govern themselves. That is, until it is being done with a Democrat in the White House. Focus on what is important, people, not a natural medicinal plant hundreds time less destructive than alcohol.

This administration considers it an accomplishment that they sued Az. and investigated the Sheriff instead of protecting us from invasion from Mexico. Fundamental change. Diversity first, America last.

Holder only enforces laws beneficial to the administration, he has been the top law breaker instead of enforcer.ie; fast and furious prosecuting those who aid and abet the enemy (supply Al-Qaida and Muslim brotherhood with weapons}with treason the black panthers ,I.R.S., we could go on and on
