I miss the Gadfly... As a person who grew up in Maple Springs, I have fond memories of it crusing by the house all summer long. Boy those were the days. I pumped gas in to boats for less than a dollar a gallon! I'd hate to fill that boat at today's prices!

As a young child I was allowed to steer the "boat" on a field trip. I have never forgotten that day, and loved the story of the Captain & The Gadfly!!!! Good job PJ!

It would be nice to someday have this hang at the Lawson Boat Heritage Center, along with it's story.

I like the PJ's direction towards headliners like this... very much needed to counter the typical news which is so often tragic and/or depressing.
