so we have to wait 15 years, before we see one dime of tax revenue from this project?

Who came up with this idea?

Where does all that tax revenue go for 15 years in a suitcase ?

City Medic - you do not deserve a job in the city. Get out of here. Same to you Crooks. Try and say something positive. The others are accurate in what they are saying about the IDS deals - the other 2 hotels at the 86 North Main exchange did not get offered sweet deals like the Holiday Inn Express is being offered. Should not it be the same for all?

Here's an idea... why doesn't the city of Jamestown worry about the city of Jamestown and let the town of Ellicott worry about the town of Ellicott? Jamestown is only ****** because they don't want to build it in their craphole of a city.

Just leave the Land Vacant, that will make the taxpayers lots of money, be glad anyone would want to build in this area.

15 Years??? The County IDA is hoping to uncover some money-making cash cow for all those years?

You can't keep handing out tax vouchers for any business that shows an interest in the county. It's not your tab, it is that of the tax-payers.

I couldn't agree more with the city here... no, no, no to tax abatement for a hotel.
