Actually this house started out nicer than the Cornell's house next door. The Cornell's didn't like renters. And yes, Mrs. Cornell had zilch to do with this but why pass up a good photo opportunity.

Nice comment carlaw (AKA Carla Westerlund) why do you have to comment on here and be constantly negative about the City of Jamestown? There are people out there trying to improve our city and make it a better place for all, and all you and the other trolls that frequent this website love to do is just bash everything about our fair city. Some of us like living in Jamestown, as not all of our neighborhoods are slums as you portray them to be, and not all of us want to live in Ellery like you. So please quit being so miserable, and don't waste your time anymore trolling this site to bash our city because it comes back to bite you in a way or another....

Cornell's association in this picture? It is the house NEXT DOOR to one she owns!!!! Only inhances the value of HER neighborhood.

Why is Cornell even mentioned in this article??? Did she help gut the place? The focus should be on the house flippers...

Landlords, slumlords, especially greedy landlords - stay away from this house and let the younger generation buy it. You already over run nice homes in nice neighborhood area where houses should be owned - not rented to tenants who doesn't work and getting help from whatever there's available!!!!!

Nice, but location, location, location! It's in Jamestown. High taxes and other considerations do not make this a sought after location for most taxpayers.
