Actually the article is very badly written and inaccurate. There was a challenge is Supreme Court. The Judge ruled for the Conservatives. Then Bankoski aka Norman Green appealed the decision to the Appellate Court in Rochester which ruled five to nothing upholding the endorsement. This is dirty politics, what people really hate about politics. Trying to throw candidates of the ballot, in this case to help Ron Johnson and Lori Cornell. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Norm Green and the democratic party were behind this entire fiasco in an attempt to bankrupt the local conservative party. Robert Bankowski is no longer a conservative, but a democrat. Wonder what Norm promised him in return?

This headline is misleading - Supreme Court ruled in favor of endorsement and against the petitioner in the lawsuit. It sounds as if the court ruled against the endorsements
