A whole lot of studying, granting and protocols seem to favor a whole elite segment of our society who do the studying, voting and protocoling. I do like the picture in the PJ, very nice and the river walk area is much nicer to look at than it did years ago. I just wish less money was spent on these studies done by government cronies for huge amounts of tax payer money. It just seems like a modern day bums rush on public money. I could imagine a college co-op student group could have come up with the same vision for pennies on the dollar.

There is some GREAT RIVER fishing in that river!!!! I do get upset when we pull up trash on the other end of the line. :(. People please stop throwing garbage in and around the river (and Chautauqua Lake)!!! Thank you City of Jamestown for all of your efforts to keep the river clean and attractive.
