Anyone who thinks this freak is not a threat to society should have their head examined. This criminal should never see the light of day again.

Sounds like there is still doubt if he does or does not have HIV or not? In that case keep him locked up. It is kind of sad that it comes down to a his expert said her expert said and nobody seems to really know. If the experts can't figure it out them you gotta keep up locked up.

Okay, something is NOT right here. I am wondering how defense experts can testify under oath, that "someone COULD NOT transfer HIV to another person"! So this means all of the research thus far is incorrect?? I DON'T THINK SO!!! Mr. Williams NEVER HAD HIV??????ABSURD!!! If Mr. Williams pled GUILTY in the original trial, (statutory RAPE and reckless endangerment) doesn't that mean that Mr. Williams is STILL guilty today?? My last question...If Mr. Williams has been diagnosed with a "mental abnormality that requires treatment and/or strict supervision", what is this man asking for? Does he want to be transferred to a mental hospital? This entire situation poses too many unanswered questions that the Jamestown public has a right to know!!!

I'd like to see the bill all his escapades have cost us taxpayers - from the initial court cases, public defenders to new testing, a legal defense team, "expert" witnesses, the Attorney General's Office legal team, court time, travel expenses ...etc...and the whole appeal process that I'm sure has already been started. I would dare to bet it's close to a million. He's a dirtbag criminal, like many dirtbag criminals. What's his mental abnormality? No conscience? Just like 98% of the prison population. If he loses his appeal he should have to work 40 hrs a week doing prison labor and give half his paycheck back to the county as restitution ...forever.

Seems how us tax payers keep footing the bill for this creep, you would think the DA's dept. would give us details on the whole HIV thing, and how and why he is being provided with all this expert stuff and reassure the public on the whole situation.
